I would not buy this again

I have thin lashes so one thing I'm big on is mascara. I bought this because it was on sale and I generally like covergirl mascaras. This one I did not. I really dont like the brush. It has a smaller end on one side of it that is supposed to separate your lashes. For the most part I just found it poked me in the eyes. I just found it very awkward to hold. Not only that I found it didnt do anything for my lashes. I wont buy this again.

I ended up purchasing this mascara to replace another Cover Girl mascara that I was not happy with Lash Blash Fusion for running after applied. I had high hopes for this mascara but when I opened it I was disappointed in such a flimsy brush, The teaser comb did not do much of anything for my lashes except apply clumps of the mascara closer to the roots. I found myself having to go over my lashes after application with a clean wand to try and remove the clumps. I haven't noticed a huge difference with my lashes being full, long and refined more so clumped and stuck together.

This product has a weird brush for application and is messy to use. I have gotten it in my hair on more than one occasion. It takes awhile to dry and even though it is waterproof it smudges. Once it does dry it is very difficult to remove even with appropriate remover.

You get what you pay for

It’s a great concept but I did not like this at all. It’s very basic mascara. The wand is very flimsy. I’m shocked I haven’t broke it. It’s very clumpy and clumps easy on the brush. If I rub my eye it hurts like hell. No other mascara has ever hurt my eyes as much as this.

Not my favorite

Did not like the wand at all. The Brussels are weird and no instruction on what to do with it.

Mascara itself was basic. I won't use it again so it was a waste of money

Don't judge a macara by it's cute packaging

COVERGIRL brand has always been my one and only brand for mascara. I was really excited to try the new total tease wand. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. First, the wand deposits too much mascara on the eyelashes, causing them to clump together. Secondly, the tease brush doesn't work well. It seemed like it was in the way even after several attempts to use it. The position of the tease brush makes it awkward to use. It might work better if it was located on the tip of the wand. The brush style intrigued me, so I decided to give it a try. Other than the cute packaging, I have to say that I was disappointed with this product. It's unlikely that I will purchase this particular masccara again.

Wouldn't purchaser again. Disappointment from CoverGirl

I purchased the CoverGirl mascara 'total tease' when I walked into my local shoppers drug mart and saw a display featuring Katy Perry as the marketing model for this product, promoting this product in their ads and marketing.

She always has gorgeous lashes so I figured I will try.
CoverGirl can be a hit or a miss product....I find personally. Good price but quality and effectiveness is hit or miss...


I purchased as I like to try new products.

I figured my lashes would be more volume, longer, I didn't find that at all.
I found they actually clumped up and looked smaller than they should have.

I found the actually consistancy of the mascara was clumpy and heavy, it didn't flow through my lashes like other mascaras, it more just clumped on, I did not like this. They werent lengthened or volume just clumped together.

Disappointment.
As well noticed a lot of the mascara would clump up at the opening of the twist off top and would over flow a tiny bit onto tube.

I did not like.
Won't buy again.

When I first saw this in stores I was so super excited to try it...so I bought it right away. I love being the first to try new products and share the results with my friends and family.

However once again Cover Girl you disappointed me.... I try your mascara over and over again thinking I might like it one of these times. But nope, the wand is nice & long however the little tiny brush side gets in the way while trying to apply the mascara with the regular side of the brush. it makes a mess and feels like you are going to poke you self in the eye every time!

I would not recommend spending $10 plus dollars on this mascara.
