If you have trouble drinking just straight water this is a great way to incorporate low calorie taste to increase your fluid intake.

I find they taste really good but I just can't justify the price. I'm okay with drinking plain water or with a bit of lemon so this is more of a splurge item for me.

Way better then those sugar laced drinks like kool aid and tang.

I love Crystal Light, it is a bit pricey so I only purchase when it is on sale but as already meantioned it does contain aspertame which I do not like, so for this reason I only only use it once in awhile. As for the falvours I have yet to find one I do not love. Very good taste, very good variety.

It's hard to review crystal light as a whole. As crystal light comes in a huge assortment of flavours as well as different sweeteners. Crystal light sweetened with aspartame, my review is that it tastes great I love the taste of aspartame besides however there are a wide range of side effects caused by consumption of aspartame mine being headaches so I try to limit my consumption.
Crystal light also has some flavours sweetened with Splenda, the taste is still good but Splenda leaves a bit of an aftertaste. Although one of my favourite flavours is sweetened with aspartame Acai white peach papaya.
