great and fast drying

I used this on my baseboards and it was ready to paint quickly. Great brand, I definitely would use it again. The colour looks great on its own but you can paint over it really quickly.

Love this product

I found that this product worked great at sealing my bathtub and windows. I liked that it was fairly easy to use and the instructions on the bottle were very clear. I loved that it was paint ready in 15 minutes also. It did a good job at what it was supposed to accomplish. I love that it has Anti-Shrink Technology and Strong Multi surface Adhesion. Definitely a good product to have at home for all your diy projects that you need to tackle.

I was chosen to review DAP ALEX ULTRA Advanced Latex Sealant for free , goes on easy and will protect from the weather , love that it's paintable in 15 minutes and has antishrinkable technology . Very simple it is to apply and comes out evenly, we applied it to a window in our barn .Such a great product, I definitely recommend using this !

Review:
My caulk gun is at home, so while using my Dido's caulk gun, this sealant performed great sealing the odd window job out at the cottage! I did find it has low odour, which is good and the sealant is easy to use/manipulate. I really love its anti-shrink properties because I think we have all been there when using an inferior product and end up with a gap or the caulk slowly comes away!

Overall, as always, a great product!

This DAP Alex Ultra advanced latex sealant is super easy and straight forward to use. I don't have any complaints ever when I use any DAP products .

Strong, fast dry

really good finish, this latex sealant dry fast and work really well, we used it at our cottage for some renovation and we love it! Definitly will purchase again and recommand to all my friends.

Great results

Very easy to use and application was smooth! It dried very quickly within 15 minutes. I didn't notice any odour with it when applied or dried. I love that it's mold and mildew resistant. I definitely recommend this product!

Dap amazing

This product is amazing and easy to use for any at home. Do it yourself or project I even learn some thing the caulking gun has a knife. No mess no drips no smell amazing

DAP is my go to.

It remains to be seen if this really is low shrinkage, but if it IS... it will be a difference maker. Any of my caulking from past jobs shrinks after about a year, super frustrating... especially when you've had a REALLY good application day. As far as caulking goes, this stuff is smooth, easy to clean up (no spit required haha)... so yeah! We'll see! The difference maker will be the anti shrinkage for sure.
