I discovered desiring after trying many other diaper rash creams. Nothing was working for my poor little man. I tried this stuff and it literally made his rash go from 60 to 0 in a matter of hrs. I couldn't believe it worked so well. Yes it doesn't smell like roses but it works.

This is the only thing that works for my daughter diaper rashes. Nice thick cream which provides a nice layer between her bottom and the diaper. Even after overnight, there is still a protective layer in place. My go to diaper rash cream!

One tube lasts forever! A little bit goes a long way and it works like magic. It’s hygienic packaging is also nice. I have tried SO many creams! My son has a sensitive skin, and tends to have easily diaper rashes. This is the only one that was really effective. Just apply it generously and on the next diaper change you will notice a very dramatic change. I love it. I gift it to all my friends with newborns as an addition to whatever I buy them.

This is the best diaper rash cream I've ever used! When my little guy had a bad stomach flu for 2 weeks, his poor little bum was so rashy it was bleeding! Nothing worked! Until I started using Desitin because it contained 40% zinc and it completely healed and protected my son's bottom! Now I always buy a tube as part of any baby shower gift!

I used this for the first time when my daughter had a bad rash. The other creams I used didn't work but this one helped her within a few hours. Recommend it!

GREAT for quick relief of diaper rash

I saw results after one use. It is super hard to get where I am from as people buy it as soon as it is available. It is highly recommended by my pediatrician and after giving it a try i saw why. After just one use I saw a reduction in redness and after just a few more uses baby's rash was completely gone! I even used it on myself. I will defintely recommend

Desitin is the only brand I use cause its the only one that works when my son gets very red. Its very effective since its really thick and you dont need alot. I am never going back. Too bad I didnt know about this cream with my 3 daughters :( would safe alot of trouble and discomfort.

C'est la seule crème qui fonctionnait pour les périodes d'irritations majeures.... je ne l'utilisais pas sur une base quotidienne car je la trouvais forte en zinc mais elle est très très efficaces!! Elle a une forte odeur médicamentée ce qui est moins plaisant...

This bum cream is THE BEST all the creams I have tried. You don't a bunch of it since its very thick. And the price is good too. Since I have found this cream I am never going back.
