I was given the Dove Refresh dry shampoo for free as part of a Chick Advisor testing. This dry shampoo did nothing for my hair at all. It added no volume, and by mid morning my hair felt oily again. I would definitely not buy this product.

I used this dry shampoo several times and on the whole it wasn't bad. I have another brand that I usually use but thought this would be a great opportunity to try it out when i was sent a sample to try.

My first issue was the smell. It smelled nice but it was too string for me. If you are sensitive to smell this is not the product for you. Second was it didn't absorb the grease as well as others. It was fine but not outstanding.

All in all I would say this product is OK and if you love the scent associated with dove you will lie it... otherwise I think there are others that work better.

I found this product to wrk better as a refresher on clean hair then as an exteder for hair that has a bit of oil.I found the powder clung to the hair instead of getting absorbed. I really like it though to use after work to refresh my hair before going out.

I'm just not sure I see the point in this stuff. I didn't find it did anything overly fantastic. Baking soda has the same effect. I wouldn't pay for it.

It is my first dry shampoo i wasnt excpecting much because i have never used one before . I read the notice and spraid it about 20 cm away from my hair and i let it dry! It smells good and makes my hair less oily . The only issue is that i havé to put a lot on my hair ( the quantity depends on your hair length!)

I was very excited to try a new dry shampoo, I am an avid dry shampoo user. I only like to wash my hair a couple times a week and I like to use dry shampoo to keep my hair looking clean. I found Dove's dry shampoo quite strong smelling, the scent did disapate after awhile. I have to admit I wasn't that impressed by my results, I did not notice much difference in my hair volume and that it wasn't as effective as my usual dry shampoo. It's worth a shot to see if this dry shampoo for you, but my thick hair maybe be too much for this product.

I use a lot of Dove products in my everyday life and I got this Dove refresh + care volume dry shampoo in a way was a disappointment.

The dry shampoo has this very strong smell and I have tried other dry shampoo's as well. I have oily hair and I used it when my hair was very oily... unfortunately it made my hair look more oily.

As much as I do love dove products, this one wasn't as great

So i am quite skeptical when it comes to Dry Shampoos, my hair gets quite oily quite fast and i find most not working. I don't expect commercial quality hair after using it but hey a little something would be nice!
After using the Dove Refresh + Care Volume Dry Shampoo i did notice that it helped my hair shine more than look blah and dingy.
Unfortunately it didn't soak up enough oil to really say it WORKED. In a pinch it would work for me. But for now i guess i'm stuck with traditional shampoo.

I am generally not a huge fan of dry shampoos and I am still waiting for someone to come out with something that doesn't leave white residue and what looks like dandruff once it sticks to your hair oils. This is really no different than any other dry shampoo out there. It still comes out with that white chalk look and if I scratch my head at all it looks like I have bad dandruff. It's okay for a quick fix if you are too lazy to wash your hair on the weekend and don't have plans to go out, but it's definitely not something I would put in my hair and go to work or out for long periods. It doesn't leave my hair with any sort of clean feeling. If anything it makes it feel more dirty and weighed down. Could someone please come out with a dry shampoo that doesn't leave white stuff behind and actually makes my hair feel refreshed?

I had high hopes for this dry shampoo. The high end market set the bar high and unfortunately this Dove dry shampoo did not get close to the high end ones. It does get te grease out of my fine hair but then, after an hour or so, my hair looks like it's full of dirt. No grease, just heavy dirt. It moves in chunks of hair instead of flowing like clean hair does. The smell of this product is great, though. #gotitfree
