I dont use hair spray very often but when I do I want my hair to stay put. It is not heavy so I don't get the crunchy feeling. It is great for fly aways and I have lots of them. It is great as a final touch when I curl my hair.

The flexible hold spray worked really well on keeping my hair in place for a messy bun. It wasn't sticky or crunchy and did t leave any residue on my hair. It kept my hair in place all day and looked really natural. Didn't leave any shine or mess. I did find that it smelled like chemicals. I didn't want to apply too much because the smell was strong and wasn't very pleasant.

I tried the Dove Style+Care Flexible Hold Hairspray from a friend. I thought the hairspray was too drying on my hair and sticky. I would not recommend this to individuals that have curly or wavy hair. It makes it a pain to try to brush afterwards.

I received this from chick advisor to try and at first I was a little sceptical because I don't really use hairspray because I don't really like how it leaves your hair feeling sticky, stiff and darn near crunchy but this one was different. Right away I noticed how the spray actually comes out more like a mist rather than a heavy spray which I really liked it's easier to apply a little bit at a time instead of being instantly drenched. I found that I was able to use this for not only when I have more elaborate hairstyles but also when I just have a simple ponytail and I want to tame a few fly aways. I found that the scent of this hairspray was far more pleasant with just a light scent and not this overwhelming fragrance that usually comes with other hairsprays that I've tried. Overall I feel like this spray defiantly did what it promised and I was extremely happy that it did so without having to put a lot of product in my hair. I think that this spray is a little pricey but I think that it would last a nice amount of time because only a little is needed.

This flexible hairspray was generously provided by Chick Advisor and Dove along with other products. I am very impressed with both the hold and flexibility. My hair can be frizzy and some hairsprays can make it worse but not Dove Flexible. My hair looks and smells great, no need to re-apply and my waves are not weighed down. I have used other more expensive hairsprays over the years and this one is a keeper without the high price!

The smell threw me right off as soon as I used it. Was not good at all. The price is great with all dove products just could not get past the smell of it.

I don't use much hairspray but did give this a try. I like that it is light-weight and does not make your hair feel sticky or heavy. The scent is decent too. I will definitely use for those time that I do need hairspray.

I frequently use a curling iron to style my long hair into large waves. I find that if I don't follow up with a hairspray, the curls and waves quickly disappear, but most sprays leave my hair feeling sticky and stiff. I'm pleased to report that Dove Flexible Hold Hairspray not only helps me maintain my style longer, it truly does so while allowing my hair to move naturally instead of sticking it together in a stiff mess, and it isn't sticky or overly crunchy. I like that I can use this and my hair still feels like hair!

I curl my hair in sections. When I have finished the underside of my hair, I very lightly spray it, shake my head a bit, then wait a couple of minutes for it to be fully cool and dry before unclipping and curling the top sections. I do the same light spray (carefully avoiding the roots) when I'm finished. I think immediately lean forward, flip my hair over my head and shake to maintain separation. When I stand back up and toss my hair back, I have big bouncy curls that last all day and still move in the breeze instead of looking like a hair helmet.

I received this product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. Would I recommend this product? Yes. Would I purchase it myself? Probably. I felt it really lived up to claims, although I feel for a drugstore product, it might be more appropriately priced at a dollar or two less than the suggested retail of $9.99. If it were $7.99, I would not hesitate at all to buy this regularly.

Thanks to dove and chickadvisor I got to try this out free. The first thing I noticed was the smell a nice light scent my young son also commented that it smelled nice. This is a nice light hairspray that doesn't weight down the hair. Great for everyday use. The bonus of the added shine makes for a finished look.Love it!

I really like how this hairspray retains the flexibility of hair. The scent was a bit overwhelming, and since most places are "scent free" I definitely noticed how this scent stayed.
