My Favourite Bath Salts

I am a huge fan of Dr Teals epsom salts and their foaming bath is great as well. Their new scent Black Elderberry smells so good and is very soothing during a hot bath. It does a great job of soothing aching muscles and also makes my skin feel super soft and smooth after bathing. Contains lemon & sage essential oils for a truly uplifting, spa like experience. The formula also includes vitamin D & E which promotes soft and healthy skin.

This Epsom soak with the elderberry is absolutely amazing. Im obsessed! Such a great scent! Adding the Epsom salt to the bath just adds extra relaxation to my muscles after a long day at work. It was a well needed bath 😍

A great addition to any bath

Both my partner and I experience a lot of soreness after workouts etc., and found these salts to be a great addition to our baths to help relieve muscles, relax and have a great scent.

Delicious Relaxing Scent & Exfoliating

We’ve been using these as a family. They’re perfect in the bath or when we soak our feet after a long day. Both my son and husband live these salts as well. When they used them they found their feet were much smoother and exfoliated. I’m in love with the smell and after using these salts I felt more calm, relaxed and my feet felt great. Plus black elderberry is supposed to make your skin feel rejuvenated so this is an added bonus. Will definitely purchase again once mine runs out.

Listen to Dr Teal's and have a salt bath a week!

This product is perfect. In a warm bath, I added 2 cups of the salt and it dissolved nicely in the warm bath with some extra swishing around. I love how you can soak in the salt bath and/or use the salt as an exfoliant. With the warm bath, the aroma was nice and my tensed muscles were really relaxing. Overall, it was a nice pleasant salt bath rich with essential oils, antioxidants and vitamins. I really recommend weekly salt baths!

Refreshing!

Busy with the kids so I have little time for self care, but this product helps a lot. Only 15 minutes is enough to relax my body and feel refreshing. The scent lingers leaving my bathroom smelling fabulous.

As a busy mom, I am desperate for some great and relaxation and this was the perfect solution. I love using Epsom salts to help ease sore muscles and really enjoyed the added benefit of the elderberry.
