E.L.F hightlighter is truly a "shine" for your buck!

elf baked highlighter has a ton of product, for a cheap price. this highlighter is so blinding, everyone was complementing me about it a they had to wear sunglasses around me haha! very amazing. 10/10 would recommend and buy again...

Don't bother

Was super disappointed in this highlighter, it only works if you heavily coat your fan brush in Mac's Fix + spray. Barely get a swatch for a swatch test, and even with a high quality brush it doesn't get much product. The actual baked highlighter in the pan is rough and feels almost chalky.

Great highlight for a beauty on a budget!

I love ELF products, so of course I had to try a highlight. I purchased for $4 at Walmart. The packaging is standard, light weight, plastic, nothing special. I found the formula to be chalky and a bit dry. As someone who is extremely pale, the colour pay off was OK as I don't like a blinding highlight. When applied with several different brushes, the highlight still looked the same. If you like minimal highlight and are on a budget, then this may be for you.

Great for strobing!

This highlighter is amazing! I have it in the shades blush gems and moonlight pearls. Blush gems gives me a rosy glow while moonlight pearls is better for a more dewy highlight. In general, I think blush gems is more like a shimmery blush than a highlighter, but I don't mind. Moonlight pearls is one of my go-to products when I want a very defined strobing quality. I find that this product is average in terms of how much needs to be applied to get the look you want. It blends well, and I often use it in combination with a liquid highlighter for that extra pop. Scraping off a small portion of the product and mixing it with my liquid illuminator is my favourite way to wear this, because it adds another layer to the highlighting effect.

Love elf products. They are very affordable and are great quality. This highlighter is beautiful. You do have to scratch the top layer off, but it's doesn't really waste any products. Adds a nice touch of brightness and beauty to the face. I think I'll get the other shades.

Wouldn't Buy Again

Usually I am a big fan of elf's products but this was not a winner for me. The highlighter does come with some kind of coating over top of it, so in order to get any pigmentation you have to scrape off the top layer. Under that I found was a very powdery and chalky highlighter that really emphasized the texture on my skin.

When I heard good things about this highlighter I honestly have to say that I didn't believe it, mostly because of the price ($4.00CND.) BUT I wiĺl admit that this highlighter is pretty good!
I can't say it's the best I've tried but for the price it's a great product!
The pigment is good, if you like a lot of shine this highlighter is for you! A downfall I found is that the product doesn't stay on very long so it must be reaplied. For an inexpensive drugstore brand product this is onw of the better ones!

J'adore la couleur ! Elf nous offre un produit à un très bon prix, comme toujours. Toutefois , il est difficle à appliquer. Je dois l'appliquer avec mes doigts puisque les pigments ne collent pas à mes pinceaux.

I wear a ton of elf cosmetics and their baked highlighter is one of my favourites! The quality you get for such a low price is unbeatable! Defanitly a great alternative to a high end brand

Premièrement, je n'ai pas vraiment aimé ce produit. J'ai trouvée que la pigmentation était mauvaise et qu'il fallait peser assez fort pour obtenir du produit sur un pinceau ou les doigts. Par contre, c'est une belle couleur. Je ne vais définitivement pas le racheter...
