Great quality for incredibly low price

I absolutely love this pencil eyeliner. It's soft enough to use on inner lash lines, and the colours are quite deep. The price is also incredible - I got mine at shoppers for $3. The only downside I can think of is that it doesn't last long without a primer or setting spray and can fade quickly from lash lines. Considering I use both, primer and setting spray, the makeup lasts all day. Highly recommended.

Love this cheap liner

I love how well this $3 eyeliner works. And I love that I can find it at Old Navy. It is seriously my new favourite. It's creamy, dark (love the black) and goes on smooth. The sharpener is a great added bonus. It stays on all day and my eyes always pop with it.

Better than I expected!!

I added this onto my last e.l.f. order to get the free shipping because it was $1.00. I didn't expect much but it's actually not a bad liner. It's small but not uncomfortably hard and the color (smoked violet) is quite nice. They also have a built in sharpener in the cap, which I think is ingenious. For the price, you could do a lot worse - a good little pencil for trying out a new color.
