I used this product a lot in the line of work I did being a PSW for many years. #Ensure was often given to elderly patients to boost their immune systems, give them the proper nutrition and vitamins. It is mostly a product used when the elderly do not get the vitamins or eat enough food to maintain their health. Used in hospital and nursing homes everywhere.

I think these are awesome. I like them when I am on the run as well if I am sick it help me to get back on my feet faster. They all taste great.tgey can be a bit pricey.
