I just found my new favourite shower products

As someone who values both sustainability and hair health, I was excited to try out Everist’s new waterless products, a Canadian brand founded by two women with a passion for eco-friendly living. Let me just say, these products did not disappoint!

The first thing that impressed me was how eco-conscious these products are. Everist’s waterless shampoo and conditioner come in small, compact tins that are equivalent to 10 washes. Not only are you getting great value for money, but you’re also reducing waste—no more giant plastic bottles cluttering up your bathroom. It’s the perfect solution for anyone looking to minimize their environmental footprint while still maintaining high-quality haircare.

When it comes to fine hair, I was initially skeptical about whether these products would work. Unlike most traditional shampoos, Everist doesn’t foam up, and my hair didn’t feel as silky right after the wash. But, as I soon realized, this was actually a positive. Everist’s products are free of sulphates, so they don’t strip your hair or scalp of essential moisture. The results? My hair felt light, soft, and not at all weighed down, even after blow-drying. Finally, a Conditioner That Delivers!

I really liked this conditioner after just one use (which is rare for me). My hair feels so soft and healthy. Even after air drying my hair did not frizz up (also a rare win!) You need a bit more than a dime-sized amount and a little goes a long way. The texture is beautiful and creamy, but the best part is the superstar, healthy-for-scalp-and-hair ingredients: aloe barbadensis leaf juice (#1 on the list meaning this is the ingredient in the highest amount in the conditioner), glycerin, rosemary oil, peppermint oil, jojoba oil, shea butter and several coconut-derived ingredients, to name a few. The convenient, small-sized tins are easy to throw in gym & toiletry bags for busy days on-the-go. Bonus: the aluminum tins are both recycled and recyclable.. a win-win in every way! I can’t wait to use this conditioner again :)
