Decent for the price

I purchased a 16 shade palette (Festival Feel) from Marshalls today for $12.99 and was intrigued as its a brand I've never heard of. The pigment swatches better than some colors apply. There is quite a bit of fallout as expected with most dark pressed pigments. The shades seem buildable and there's a good mix of mattes and metallics. Curious to try them with a damp brush.
