MMMM MMMM Good

This is a soft baked bar. It has a nice taste and the right amount of cinnamon and icing and best of all it is only 90 calories. When i first opened the package, I could smell the cinnamon and it makes a great snack.

Great alternative to cinnamon rolls

I am a big fan of these Fibre 1 Delights Cinnamon Bun flavor. I have tried many of the various flavors such as chocolate chip and lemon. While all of them are good, this one might have to be my favorite. The bar itself is quite small which might surprise some people. For only 90 calories though it's fairly descent. 5 individually wrapped bars come in each pack and it will cost you upwards of $5 a box. These are quite expensive which is a downfall. The bar itself is soft and chewy. There are pockets of cinnamon throughout and it does remind me of eating a cinnamon bun. There is a cream cheese icing on top which adds a nice sweetness. The bar is relatively thick. I like putting mine in the microwave for a few seconds because it makes all the flavors come out and the icing soft and gooey.
