bad customer service
Very bad customer service. They make you pay for defective phones and it is impossible to change it if you used it for more than 30 days. They never mention that you pay for "protection plan" which is worthless and a time waster
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountere
I have only been with Fido for 4 months and had to get my cell phone fixed because the power button stopped working. I was then told by Fido that I would have to send it away but would not be given a loaner phone and I would still have to pay the full month's bill, even after not having use of my phone for an estimated 3 weeks. It was the most drawn out, ridiculous and infuriating experience I could imagine. I had to speak to 8 different employees, each giving me a different answer and passing me on to someone else. I was given so much incorrect information and sent back and forth between employees for nearly a week. I finally raised proper hell and was contacted by a "customer escalations" representative. He was eventually able to help me resolve this issue. I would have ended the contract immediately if it wasn't going to cost me almost $450. Once this contract is finished, I will never deal with them again.
