I love my new Fitbit Charge 4

This is my third Fitbit product. I upgraded from the previous version a few months ago and I am completely satisfied with this model. It has so many features that I am still learning more every day. I use it for not only tracking my activity, but as an alarm, a reminder for appointments and to monitor my sleep and O2 level. And when I have left my cell phone in another room, my text messages show up on my Fitbit. How convenient is that! With the interchangable bands it fits right in with any wardrobe.

Lost 12 pounds using this Fitbit

This is my second Fitbit Charge. I bought it late last year but wasn’t paying too much attention to what it could offer. Since Jan 1st I’ve been using it to enter my calories and I’ve set daily fitness goals. It’s perfect to keep me on track and it’s the first thing that’s kept me fully accountable for diet and exercise. I really like that it also tracks my heart rate. I’ve seen my resting heart rate come down from 82 to 69 over the last two months as I’ve increased my fitness. I’d highly recommend this product.

The fibit charge 4 is a great accessory and wellness check in for health. It shows a great sleep study as well as the blood pressure and tracking all sorts of activity.
