Not a fan of this one

I was so excited when I got this Fitbit especially because I can answer the phone with it. I am not sure if it is because I have an iPhone but it only syncs half the time. The watch band also broke in the first few months so I had to request a new one. The customer service was good as they replaced it no problem, but the quality and functionality lack with this product.
