It's a free service and since the numbers are local there is no long distance. They even have a number to give to telemarketers.

I will admit I've used this before at the bar. Sometimes it's the only way to get someone to leave you alone! You probably think I'm mean just for reviewing this but I consider it to be a necessary evil.
