Nope

I used the Garnier Fructis eye make up remover a few weeks ago when I was staying at a friends place and had left y make up remover at home. I used it as i would any other make up remover, washed my face and still saw a ton of makeup on my face It also had a really weird texture that I wasn't a fan of.
