I love lemon-y desserts, and this flavour really hit the nail on the head! Not overly sweet, with just a big of tang. I think the product is really unique - they call it smooth cottage cheese, but it actually tastes like Greek yogurt. The texture is thick and creamy, and it has 10g of protein! I wish the sugar content was a bit lower (it's 12g), but I still think it's a better alternative to other low protein snacks. I've tried all 3 flavours and lemon is my favourite.

Personally, I like the tang yogurt gives, and cottage cheese doesn't have that. It was like eating thickened paste that's had lemon-scented dishwashing liquid stirred in. I suppose if you must eat cottage cheese but can't stand it in other forms, and you like the taste of artificial flavours, then this could be the way to go. Disappointing and scary.

I know, I know...gross right...nope just give it a try. I promise, if you like Greek yogurt you will like this. I do not like regular cottage cheese because of the texture. This stuff is fantastic once you get over your fear of regular lumpy cottage cheese and try it. You will not be disappointed.

I just love this Nordica smooth cottage cheese line -no more unappealing lumps (I always thought that cottage cheese looked like vomit -sorry I had to say it). No visual turnoff with this product. Of the varieties this is my second favourite (after the Salted Caramel). It has a really nice lemon flavour -just the right amount. So delicious and packed with protein.
