most things I will buy whatever is the cheapest....except for razors. I will pay full price if it means high quality razors, and that would be venus embrace. I have tried all kids of brands and types of razors and this is the only brand I am confident to purchase every time

This was my first razor and I loved it. Since it was my first, I didn't have anything to compare it so I didn't think that other razors could be bad until I've tried other ones. This razor didn't irritate my sensitive skin, it gave a close shave, and it bends at different angles so I was able to reach all the different areas. Everyone should try this.

Currently the razor I'm using right now. The 5 blades lasts much longer then my old Venus cartridges and the shave is just as good and smooth. I don't get razor burn using Gillette razors and the handle design is great for legs. This is my favorite razor!

Definitely the best razor. I only use Venus, ever since watching the commercial! I would recommend to everyone who's looking for a good razor.
There is no con, except for the fact that it's disposable. The ones where they have refillable razors are just as expensive as the razor itself...I would suggest keeping it around for the lazy days when you are not in the mood for waxing, or other methods.
But when I need a razor, this is my GO-TO for sure! Cuts super close to the skin, without ever slicing through. Feels smooth to the touch as well!

This is a really good quality razor. I have been using this line of razors for years now and it's the best that I have used so far. It glides on smoothly and it shaves the hair really well. It doesn't cut my skin or irritate it so I'm a satisfied customer.

Works very well on my legs and does not cause me irritation or cuts. The only complaint i really have about it is how expensive the refill blades are but other then that i totally love it!

Venus Embrace has been my go-to razor for several years!

I love the shape of the head, which lies nicely on your skin and doesn't feel like it's cutting in, nor do the blades feel like they're dragging. Actually, the shape of the entire razor is comfortable and easy to use, and I find the 5 blades to be very effective. The glide strips last quite well, and I usually get several good leg shaves out of the blades. After that, I get several more shaves out of it using it only on my underarms.

When you first buy Venus Embrace it's about $17.00 CAD for the razor and 2 cartridges, then a little over $20.00 CAD for 4 refill cartridges. Seems expensive, but wow, are razors expensive these days! When you compare it to buying the bargain versions and what you get with them, it all evens out for me. Also, I try to buy them ahead of time when they're on sale, or even hunt around for a coupon. Saving a buck or two is always a good thing, right?

I definitely recommend giving this razor a try!

This is by far, my favorite razor.

It is so simple but not to the point of shady quality. It doesn't have any other features but to shave and I love it. It glides nicely and stays sharp for a long time. It is thin and the perfect length to grip, even while reaching hard to reach places such as the back of the calf and thigh.

The holder for it sticks perfectly in my shower and holds it beautifully.

This razor also works very well on armpits and doesn't snag or get caught in creases.

I actually received this razor as a sample from gillette. Bonus from the start! I hate shaving my legs! I have never been able to find a razor that has made my legs smooth and kept them smooth for at least a couple of days. After receiving this I tried it out immediately. I actually didn't have any shaving cream at this time so I opted to use plain old hair conditioner - not the ideal thing to use to shave but you do what you can. To my complete surprise even without shaving cream my legs were so silky smooth after my shave. My boyfriend could not stop touching my legs, he actually cuddled with them for a while lol. Since my hair grows at a pretty fast rate I though that after 2 days my legs wouldn't be so smooth. Day 5 and my legs were still as silky smooth as the day I shaved! I was amazed. Finally this makes shaving so much more tolerable!

If these razors weren't so expensive I would be using them ALL THE TIME! They really are a cut above everything else (heheh!). I usually use my husband's Mach razors and they were always my favorite, but Venus is too wonderful to pass up! Very moisturizing and smooth shave. Great product!
