Smaller than expected and itchy

Ended up returning it as the band fits smaller than expected. I bought a bigger band than previously to give myself a little extra room, but this was tighter than even my regular bras, so I would advise sizing up slightly on the band. It should be accurate to the measurements, but it definitely fits smaller than it says. I also found it very itchy even though I've previously worn lace bras.
