I love oatmeal. This one is so delicious. The added crunch of the pumpkin seeds and maple flavour is delicious. I add hot water to bloom the oats and add milk for creaminess.

Easy and delicious

Easy to make for breakfast or snack! I just add milk and microwave it, then add toppings like fruit and hemp hearts. Even my son has enjoyed it. Love the ingredients

So impressed with this oatmeal! It is delicious and filling on its own, with just the right amount of natural sweetness and crunchiness. I also like to add my own fixings, including date syrup, oat creamer, dried fruit and granola, to make it a more luxurious experience. So, so tasty.

I've been trying to cut some of the weight and looking to eat a high protein diet with little to no carbs.
