I love the benefits of Apple cider vinegar. I used drink shots of it for the health benefits and gut health. I now use these Apple cider vinegar gummies by Goli, they are delicious and much easier to consume. No vinegar taste and feels like a sweet treat. It aids with digestion and helps suppress your appetite . Also a great vitamin B12 supplement . It’s Gluten free and Vegan too.

I didn't expect much, but ended up loving it!

I'm usually very picky when it comes to choosing what supplements to try. I've heard of the benefits of ACV, so I thought I'd give it a try. I tend to be in a very snacky mood after eating lunch or dinner, but I noticed that after having these before meals, it's helped with my appetite! I'm drinking a lot more water, and I'm feeling satisfied after eating. I don't mind the taste of apple cider vinegar, but these are great and easy to chew.

The apple cider gummies are yummy, I like the texture and flavour. I don’t know what difference they are supposed to have… I’m still giving it a shot to look for long term effects

Great taste!

I don't like the taste of vinegar or the smell of it but these gummies didn't have that vinegar taste or smell at all. it was very pleasant and tasted like apples. If the gummies weren't so sticky, they would be perfect! I find this easy to incorporate into my daily routine for the nutrition and health benefits. It's a great dietary supplement.

Tastes like candy!

I wasn't sure what to expect with Apple Cider Vinegar gummies, as I've never used ACV for anything except my hair. These are delicious, and while the vinegar taste is just SLIGHTLY there, its not any more than a cup of apple cider would have. The texture is pretty good, although they do get ever so slightly stuck in my teeth. (Not the front ones, so no one else knows.) I'm not sure if I am feeling the effects, but I have found I have less stomach upset in the morning while drinking my coffee. I don't know if that's what ACV is supposed to do, but as I love coffee, I'm going to hope this is forever.
