Recommended dosage makes me doubt effectiveness

I’ve been waiting for a while to try these gummies as I’ve heard for so long the benefits of apple cider vinegar on digestion. I like the taste, it’s a little acidic but still great taste. The texture is pleasant. They’re easy to find in store, even Costco. My only concern is the recommended dosage of 1-2 gummies 3 times a day! It adds up to 6 gummies daily. The packaging is 120 gummies which means the bottle would only last 20 days 😳 for now I haven’t seen any short or long term benefits so it makes it too expensive for what it’s worth in my opinion.

easy and more tolerable to taste

I got this Goli Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies for free to try from Butterly. I have taking apple cider vinegar everyday but it was getting to be unpleasant to consistently do it to reap the benefit. These gummies made it more enjoyable to take consistently.
I have to say I am was impressed that they were to mask the strong flavour upfront. You can smell the strongest of. the apple cider vinegar once it hits down your throat. And there a bonus of the B-vitamins which is quote nice.

Easy to take. Delicious

These are delicious. Great to see that they are vegan and gluten free. They have a nice chewy texture and I can’t wait to see how they help my health. There is added B12 vitamins which Is great for my nervous system and my mind.

Gummies taste great!

Great alternative

Tried the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, they taste like candy with no vinegar burn.
Packed with B12 for energy, they are easy on the stomach & fits right into my routine I only take one before food to ease digestion.
I love the fact that they are gelatin free but would love them more if they have less sugar.

Not my cup of tea had a bad taste

I was not impressed when I had these they left a really bad taste in my mouth and my throat was not happy after i ate one maybe it’s just to strong for me but I wouldn’t be going and purchasing this item again. I didn’t find it working for me and it made my stomach hurt more. I would rather just swallow the pill than chew it because the flavour was very off putting. I also got this item and the seal was broken and the gummies had been squished together not impressed with the packing and delivery of this item.

These gummies are delicious. I can't shoot apple cider vinegar straight, but I know tons of people who love it and the health benefits. Formulated nicely and no bad ingredients!

Good alternative

This product was sent to me for free in exchange of an honest review. This gummies are a good alternative for liquid ACV since the flavour is not bad, a bit plastic-y at the beginning, but sweet. It has added vitamin b12 that is great for overall good health. This product is vegan, gluten free and non gmo, so if you are concerned about it, you can give this a go.
