DO NOT buy this gift card

I received a Happy Her Gift Card for Christmas loaded with $200.It can be used at Davids Tea, Milestones, Sports Check, Kernels and Indigo to name a few store. I was so excited to use it as I shop at these retailers regularly. The gift card cannot be used on line so you have to go into store. If you return something you purchased on the gift card you have to wait several days before the fund come back. I tried using it at Saks and they could not get the gift card to work. They told me they had been having multiple issues with this card and that they cant do anything because they don't get payment until something is purchased on the card (which you cant seem to do!) If you are considering buying a gift card I DO NOT recommend this one! Buyer Beware!
