Poor flavor, my child doesn't like it

I'm so sorry my son can't stand the flavor so I am unable to make a review for this one.

Advice-make it take better for kids , I also tried it, it's gross

Works Well - Tastes Not Great

I was selected to try the Helixia Kids Natural Defense and found it to work pretty well overall for my kids symptoms but one down side was the taste, my kids did not like the taste and so when I tried it to see I also found the taste to not be very good. Things I really liked about this was the dye-free, alcohol-free and no artificial sweeteners are in this product. I found it to be effective against a sore throat. After administering it to my kids they did tell me their throat hurt less overall. #gotitfree

Great Natural Defence

Helixia Kids Natural Defense has been great to use. Not only is it easy to pour, I love that the dosage lines make measuring each dose so simple, without any guessing. I really appreciate that it’s naturally sourced and free from alcohol, dyes, sucrose, gluten, and artificial sweeteners, making it a clean choice for my child’s health. This came at the perfect time, especially with cold and flu season being in, I am doing what I can to keep upper respiratory infections out! The taste might be a bit tough for picky eaters, but I guess that’s the price of a natural formula. Overall, it’s a product I am eager to keep using especially knowing that I can feel good about giving to my kids.

Immune boost

This product has an odd consistency and taste which my kids were not fond of at first, however they have grown used to it, and we all know that it has proven results boosting the immune system.

Works great

I'm really glad we got to try this during cold season for school. It seems like a plague is being brought home each week. We received two boxes of the Helixia Natural Defence. The first bottle has really been an improvement. The first year we were already averaging a sick day or two each week but this time it's longer spurts between! I like that it's also dye free!

Protects, strengthens my kids during flu season!

The dreadful flu season has arrived! Along with this comes a nonstop cycle of coughs, colds, croup, and what-nots! And with more than 1 child, whatever one catches goes around the family without a doubt! So having my kids take Helixia Kids Natural Defense is a no-brainer! It proactively protects my kids and is clinically proven to prevent and reduce the number of colds, sore throats, and ear infections in children ages 3-10 (when given over a 3-6 month period)! I will certainly be giving Helixia Kids Natural Defense to my kids for the prescribed amount of time, looking forward to peace of mind and lesser downtime for the entire family during flu season!

Bad taste

I had the opportunity to test this product in exchange for my honest review. I tried it for a week or two, but my kids really didn’t like the taste of it and it was difficult to convince them to take it. It did seem to prevent them from catching any colds or flu’s, but I couldn’t get my kids to take it at all after a while. It might be better with an orange flavour since my daughter said it had a sour taste to it. I would not buy this or recommend this product unless they come out with a flavoured version.

Good idea with a bad flavor

Its a fantastic idea , one that moms of any age ,ethnicity,back ground,lifestyle would all agree on and state the importance of some sort of defence for the little one especially come cold and flu season . With my oldest who was born a preemie and have gotten. RSV at 3 weeks old she was hospitalized for quiet some time and has permanent scars on her lungs where she will require puffers her entire life its scary all year round even more so cold and flu season so any extra protection we can give her were all in .
CONS: the kids absolutely hate the taste even trying to mix it with juice or honey just didn't cut it . I really wish they did or if it even came in a chewable or gummy that would be fantastic . Really hoping !.

Great for cold season

I received this product free in exchange for my honest opinion. I have been using this for my 3 year old, it can be a bit tough getting him to take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach but he's doing really well. He doesn't mind the taste at all. It is dye, and alcohol free with no artificial sweetners. I would recommend a dropper for the smallest dose, because the cup can be a bit difficult for accurate measurement. It is to be taken over a 3 or 6 month period to help prevent sickness. We have had no issues so far!
