Just picked up this product and so far it is working well for me. The packaging is easy to use. It’s reasonable priced. Got it on sale for $5.99! Hope it works well long term. Love the scent.

Great detox shampoo

I just recently started using the herbal essence renew white charcoal shampoo and so far I really like it. It doesn't leave my hair feeling stripped like other cleansing shampoos. It also has a nice fragrance to it. I will definitely be buying it again

Got this as a sample along with the shampoo a few weeks ago. Gave it a try, but found it wasn't nearly enough for my hair, and was hard to spread through all of my hair. Smell wasn't too strong, although it may have been overpowered by the scent of the shampoo. Otherwise, didn't seem to be anything special, noticed no difference in my hair compared to their other bottles for a third of the price.

Don't waste your time or money

Herbal Essences bio:renew replenish white charcoal conditioner is a paraben & silicone free conditioner. The ingredients are not clean ingredients though. The conditioner is supposed to be replenishing and restore natural softness. The scent is quite strong, although not near as bad as the matching shampoo. When I put the conditioner is, I run it through my very fine, tight curls. I had a very hard time getting it to coat the hair and detangle it. After I rinsed it, I had to put in a leave in as I could not get a pick through the tangles. Even with the leave in, it was so tangled, I wound up having to cut about 4-6" off!! Not impressed. Had I paid for this product other than #gotitfree I would be freaking out. Normally Herbal Essence isn't a bad product (although not great, after all, they're a bargain brand). I will not recommend this after the disastrous results it provides.
