This is a very important product in our house that always needs to be in stock. My youngest has febrile seizures when she gets a fever so it is crucial for us to get Tylenol into her system to stop her fever from climbing too high. There has been many days where this Tylenol has calmed her fever and my nerves, and I am so grateful that a product like this exists.

Infant Tylenol has gotten my little boy through surgery recovery and immunizations. In my experience it takes about 15 minutes for the medication to kick in for pain relief, fever I'm not so sure. Compared to Advil I find Tylenol is easier to use with the syringe directly drawing out the medication from the bottle opening, also my little one seems to like to grape over the cherry flavor.

Overall, it does the job it's suppose to and my little one likes the flavor so I would recommend this.

I used this product when my son was an infant. It helped for fevers, teething pain, and any other minor issues I needed to use it for. It is thick, so it doesn't "melt", or just run out of his mouth. He didn't mind the taste. I love the easy to use/measure squeeze syringe. I love this stuff.

I used this Tylenol infant drops a lot when my son was younger I found that he didn't mind the taste of this liquid which is a little thick, so it isn't as runny and messy. The liquid also doesn't stain calling which is great, this worked very well when he had fevers from teething and seemed to ease his pain.

My little girl loves the stuff. It's the only one I can get her to take when she is sick. Really helps when she got a fever............:) happy baby means happy mom

So fast acting and tasty enough for my 3 month old. Definitely helps with his teething pain and keeps my happy baby smiling. It works fast and effectively and works so well! A must have in every diaper bag!

Works well, but it is too expensive as generics work as well. Don't like to have a syringe to carry with the bottle.

Infants' TYLENOL Drops is very effective to my kid. I have to problem to give him these drops because he like them and ask me for more:) Taste is sweet and he likes it. And it helps in the first night of sickness. Very good product!

I find this works awesome for my son no matter what he has this works at getting rid of it plus pain relaver! I find it works better then motrin. I recommend this to anyone that wants their kids to get better quick

I have a six months baby who is that terrible phase of theeting. The only thing that helps her right now is Tynelol Drops. It is a great product, reasonably priced and very effective.
