Farewell sanitary products!

Absolutely love love love this alternative product to tampons and sanitary pads. It's cost effective, eco friendly, high medical grade silicone - no more worry about TSS! And best of all its pink!

I have children so I opted for the size B. This size is for post natal women. Size A is suitable for virgins and women who haven't beared children.
It comes with a well written information booklet and a compact case for discretion.

It took me a few attempts to finally get it right, but after only 20 minutes I sussed it. Unlike tampons where you have to change them every 8 hours (depending on flow) with the lily cup it can stay inside for 12 hours! Due to the high grade medical silicone it's perfectly safe to do so. It takes a couple of attempts when it comes to taking it out (be prepared for accidental spillages. I recommend squatting the first few times until you master it. It can be an unpleasent experience for some). Once removed (suction can occur, DON'T PANIC!), just a simple empty into the toilet and a rinse under warm water and that's it! Ready to reinsert.
I have used my cup for just a month and I can pleasently say I will never go back to the aching tampons and chafing pads! Only wish I did it sooner!!
