I use this cream twice a day, morning and evening. What I really like about it is the improvements in the condition of my skin are real rather than cosmetic; they do not disappear if I forget to use it. There are no tricks caused by toxic or allergic type controlled reactions as I have understood is the case with many ageing creams. I find it is a little pricey but nothing like name brand cosmetic creams and serums. It even seems to have greatly reduced my kerotosis.
