I just discovered these Jamieson multi vitamins at my local Pharmasave and knew they were perfect for me.I know as a vegetarian for over 30 years that my body is defiantly lacking some vitamins and minerals.I know from my doctor that my Iron is very low and I had to be on iron pills a long time.

Jamieson is a good brand name and I have taken there vitamins in the past. This multi vitamin is 60 capsules and you take one a day. This vegetarian vita-vim has extra potencies of B-12,Iron and Vitamin D which vegetarian diets really need these vitamins and minerals. It is also gelatin free and 100% animal free.
