It sheds too much for it to be $20

I like this brush and I use it everytime I do my makeup because I need to blend. But I totally do not like it because the hairs shed too much. Every single time I wash it there is a mess of bristles that it lost. There are times that some hairs are loss when using it to blen my eyeshadow. I totally regret buying this. Not worth the money.
