So, I am someone who uses a lot of eyeliner, I know what's good and what isn't. I can easily say that I LOVE these eyeliners! They don't smudge and stays perfectly on my eyes all day, this is a nice matte brown that is very versatile, you can even use them on your brows, I will definitely be repurchasing this again.
