A Delicious Snack on the Go

I loved these. One package contains two crispy bars that taste amazing. They aren't too sweet, which is an issue I have found with many granola bars. I left them in my bag for a few days, and they never crumbled or anything like that which was nice.

This bar was quite good considering I’ve never had Kashi before. It tasted great and I loved the additional nutritional benefits of quinoa. I would buy again.

The flavour and size of portion is a great snack for when you need a pick me up in the afternoon or a great morning bar with your coffee. And even though they are a crunchy bar they aren't super hard just the right crisp

Kashi 7 grain with Quinoa Honey Oat flax bars are delicious. they really fill you up, aren't sweet and taste like they are made out of good quality ingredients. I always have one for a snack, especially during long classes.
