A great Granola Bar Alternative

Tastes dry but I love having these bars with my coffee/tea. The sweetness of the honey tastes delicious. Recommend these over most protein bars for sure. A great grab and go breakfast item

Busy mom staple

I am a busy mom who is always on the go so I tend to stock up my vehicle with different snacks. These Kashi bars have become the new staple because they taste great and they don’t melt or freeze when the weather changes so I don’t have to worry about melted granola bar everywhere or someone losing a tooth because it’s frozen solid.

Surprisingly good!

At first, upon seeing the tiny packs, I thought it would leave me hungry. But these little packets pack a punch. I always have a pack in my purse to avoid "hangriness".

This bar was quite good considering I’ve never had Kashi before. It tasted great and I loved the additional nutritional benefits of quinoa. I would buy again.
