    Tastes great!

Will buy these again & looking forward to trying their other products! They have a good nutritional value without the other "stuff". To my surprise they taste great & make you feel like you are indulging, without compromising your diet.

    Love them!

I'm not someone who likes granola type bars, so i find it very hard to buy them as snacks. I bought these on a whim because the grocery store had them on sale. I tried them and i'm in love with them! The have a great taste and texture. These are definitely one of my favourite work snacks now! Love them

Great For Those Looking For Wholesome Bar- Rather Than Sweet

I bought a box of these on sale at Loblaws for $2.99, after reading great reviews about them on here. Each pack comes with five individually wrapped packages, with two bars per wrapper. Each pack containing two bars is 170 calories. Each bar has a line down the centre, so it can be easily broken into two thin bars (for a total of four thin bars per pack). It is a great breakfast, snack, or lunch idea. The bars are crunchy. They are made with whole grain oats and a whole grain blend, containing quinoa, barley, and buckwheat. These are great for those who are looking for a wholesome tasting bar, rather than a sweet one. The taste of the grains comes through with only a mild sweetness from the chocolate chips. There is also a mild saltiness at play, which works great with the taste of the mini chocolate chips. I plan on stocking up next time I see a sale. I prefer the Kashi Honey Oat Flax flavour ever so mildly to this one because of it's stronger sweet and salty contrast.

    Kashi Chocolate Chip Chia!

I love a good granola bar and KASHI is a brand that I normally choose because of their super food ingredients and great taste. I tried KASHI SEVEN GRAIN WITH QUINOA CHOCOLATE CHIP CHIA BARS and unfortunately these missed the mark for me. Sometimes I think that companies put tons of super food items into their product and expect that to sell alone... meanwhile they sacrifice taste. I love that this product contains oats, barley, buckwheat, quinoa and chia which makes for a decent fibre content at 3g per serving. But the rest of the ingredient list is extensive and I loathe products that don't have a simple ingredient list or items that I don't know of or let alone cannot pronounce.

The sugar content is also quite high to me. I prefer my granola bars to be more chewy then crunchy and although this product does say "crunchy bars" on the bottom so I knew what to expect, I still managed to make a tons of crumbs with every bite. The chocolate flavour was almost absent and it really didn't taste like a whole lot. I do like the fact that it comes in two pieces so you can have one now and save one for later. Overall I still really love the KASHI brand but this product was a miss for me. Too many ingredients, too much sugar and not a whole lot of taste!

oops - this bar is actually quite salty which is so strange to me. Salt and chocolate can be fun but this was just weird.

Tasty Treat, but kind of dry

These are pretty tasty; they have hints of sweetness and saltiness. The nutritional content is pretty good compared to the average granola bar. I wish the bar wasn't so crumbly though. It's very dry and little bits fall apart as you try to eat it.

This is one of our favorite snacks for the whole family! They're super delicious which you won't expect from looking at the ingredients and the nutritional values. They pair amazingly with a small glass of milk for an indulgent treat that you wont regret. My only negative is how easily they crumble- making it difficult to throw in a bag for later.

LOVE these!!! My kids enjoy them too. They've got everything you need for a healthy snack on the go. Great taste, low in sugar & a good amount of carbs for energy. Fat content is decent too. They aren't protein bars per se, so 3g is better than nothing. They're a bit pricey, considering there aren't even 6 bars per box. I get them at Costco, so they're reasonable.

I dont usually eat granola bars or energy bars too much, but I will pack one emergency one in my purse. I did buy these for a student that is staying with us, but thought I should give them a try.
I like the texture of them, it's not too thick and they don't crumble. I also like the taste as they are not sweet or not dry with no flavour. I taste cinnamon, but on the package I can't find that listed.
It's 180 calories for a package of two bars. I don't know how that compares to others.
Having one bar as a snack would be enough.

I absolutely love Kashi bars. They are pretty affordable, a healthy alternative and very yummy. It tastes so good that I can even eat 2 or 3 a day. This is my on-the-go snack and I will continue to repurchase.
