I did not no that they had Kiehl's Intensive Treatment and mousturizer, I had this rash on my elbow and it was getting harder and so I went into Kiehl's and asked if they had something for it and she brought me to where they had the Intensive Treatment and Moisurizer

This is a miracle product for damaged dry hands. My hands and especially cuticles have suffered terribly because of use of household cleaning products and nothing has worked until I've used this as an overnight or emergency repair. it really works ... and when I can't spend the time with oil on my hands for a half hour or so I use the ultimate strength hand salve which is great too. Now this stuff starts out white but fades to an oil on your hands ... with time it is highly penetrating and I'd recommend using it overnight, maybe with those cotton gloves. What it does it repair the nastiest of damage that cleaning products can do. My husband works with his hands and often gets cracks that are very painful ... this stuff does not sting and works for him.
