A yummy gluten free cookie

This is my daughters absolutely favorite gluten free cookies. This is as good if not bether then an Oreo cookie. Downside not the easiest cookie to find and it never goes on sale

I love kinnikinnick brand. its all nut free,dairy free and gluten free. They taste like regular oreos but just healthier for you. They don't crumble much either.

I missed fudgeo-esque cookies so much - these are probably better than the 'normal' not gluten-free variety!! The package looks like they could be called K-TOOS as well, but my nickname for them is heaven. Kinnikinnick did well on these - sometimes their bread leaves something to be wanted, but these sandwich creme cookies are seriously good.
