You'll never know it's gluten-free.

I have tried a few other gluten-free mixes, but this one actually a) tastes amazing b) is fluffy and not rock hard and c) available in most natural sections of the grocery store.

I also used PaneRiso Foods Egg Replacer to make the waffles vegan and gluten free. It worked beautifully and the waffles were perfect. I did have to cook them a little bit longer than the recommended time for my waffle maker, but it's not a big deal. If you're vegan/gluten free and craving amazing waffles check this out. I know I'll be making these every weekend.
