Personally I would not recommend this but that's because I had an allergic reaction I couldn't keep it in my hair longer than 30 seconds.

This is infused with green tea extract and fruit enzymes to help preserve the radiance of colour-treated hair. I didn't find this helped with my blonde colour. I did like how it made my hair soft and less tangles.
