Not Great if you very sensitive to lactose

These do nothing for me, I have to take 4 of them at once inorder to be able to eat/drink anything dairy related. Which means I do go through these rather quickly, so these are just my backups. I prefer the Ultra Strength Caplets over these just because I only need to take 1, instead of 4 tablets.
