Thank goodness we took out an extended warranty, in the first year we had it repaired twice and when it happened the third breakdown we were told they wouldn’t fix it again so we had to try and replace it with something of comparable value and dispose of it on top of.

Buyers beware

I bought an LG 55' smart tv in 2012 and last week it wouldn't work anymore. It was going to cost me close to $1000 to have it fixed. The tv was only 5 years old to the day and there is no way it should have stopped working like that. I hardly used this tv and the colour went inverted as well as the bulbs acting up like they were about to stop working. Not impressed at all with this and I will never ever ever buy another LG product and I would not recommend it to anyone.
