Even after finding a decent waterproof eye makeup remover, I still woke up with raccoon eyes. Until a lovely cosmetician one day suggested this one. I tried it on its own: great! I tried after already having used my old remover: incredible how much more it got off! It has such a nice scent and does not leave my face feeling extra oily, just fresh and hydrated.
