Lovely product and scent!

I received this product for free, and I’m honestly impressed. I normally don’t use body oils as often, because they don’t seem to absorb all too well, but this one worked wonderfully. It didn’t leave my skin feeling greasy, but it did help leave it feeling moisturized instead. I used it in pair with my favorite lotion!

Gorgeous Satin Shimmer

I have to say, I’m really loving the L’Occitane Almond Shimmering Oil, and I rarely use this kind of product! I feel like this is going to be a must have for me now, especially for summer. Just picture yourself relaxing in the sun, getting a nice tan, and applying this oil all over to amplify that glow? Luxury! The bottle itself is beautiful, between the shape and quality of the glass. It can nicely be displayed on a vanity because it’s that pretty. As for the formula, I absolutely love the shimmer of the oil (literally living up to its name). However, I did think it was going to be more glittery after applied—but once I saw the shimmer on my skin in the light, I felt like it was the perfect subtle amount. The smell is decadent and does not fade away very quickly. Most impressively, this product makes my skin feel literal SATIN soft. I kept touching it! The oil doesn’t leave a greasy residue and absorbed so nicely. If you’re looking for a subtle luminous glow with a gourmand scent, you can’t go wrong with this one. Beautiful coverage, gives a gorgeous golden bronze glow to the skin! I used this product on a hot beach day and the coverage, shine, and bronze factor of this shimmer oil was immaculate!
