Glowing Skin, Amazing Scent

This shimmer oil has a delicious gourmand scent that is not too strong but perfect for summertime. I love that it is moisturizing and provides a shimmery glow without looking too sparkly -- it looks gorgeous on legs and shoulders with a sundress or bathing suit, and leaves skin so soft - love it!

Butterly gifted me L’Occitane En Provence Almond Shimmering Oil for free, in exchange for my honest review. It is formulated with sweet almond oil from Provence France, and the Mediterranean basin. It is rich in fatty acids and omega 9, which leaves the skin feeling super soft and nourished. This shimmering oil also contains sunflower seed oil, which maintains hydration and naturally enhances the skin’s barrier. Castor oil is another ingredient in this product, known for its ability to hydrate and improve the smoothness of the skin. love the glow that this instant, but subtle, gold veil shimmer reflects on the skin. It is quickly absorbed and has a non-greasy finish. It was a beautiful warm sunny evening tonight, and I wore this product out for dinner. We were sitting on a patio, and I had three different women compliment the gourmand smell of sweet almonds, and ask me what product I was wearing.

Getting my summer shimmer on!

I'd love to just write this review and say, "I love it" and be done, but my followers who actually follow my reviews know I have to write more than that lol.

I love the youthful look of glowing skin, and since I no longer tan (I gave that habit up over twenty years ago), having a glossy shimmer that catches the light just beams summer-sun radiance to me.

L'Occitane NEW almond shimmering body oil, remarkably, does everything it states that it's supposed to do with the very first usage, and that's very rare with a product from my experience.

The oil is light; it soaks into the skin easily, spreads flawlessly. It doesn't feel oily once it's absorbed into the skin and one of the best parts, besides the radiant look of my skin and how soft my skin feels, is that it doesn't transfer to my clothes, leaving them stained.
And let's not miss the fact that my skin felt incredibly hydrated and healthy.

The scent to me is a soft, powdery almond; to my husband, it reminds him of baby powder.
I've used the oil with about three different summer scents, which all have notes of vanilla, warm spice, and are powdery. It would also pair nicely with classic nutty tropical summer fragrances.

Almond Shimmer Body Oil

I can started by saying that I love the packaging. It is glass which keeps the product way safer than plastic and can be recycled for other stuff. Second I love the body shimmer oil. It smells mix of summer and almond. If gives you that summer tint and glow also the light shimmer like you have sprinkled some glitters on you. Last long and fast absorption. The ingredients were my first concern but it doesn’t damage your body. I am a pro vegan and cruelty free kind of person but I can make exceptions when I see a great product

Beautiful oil

I’ve been using the L'Occitane Shimmering Oil for a few days now, and I’m obsessed! It leaves my skin feeling so soft and hydrated without being greasy. The shimmer is subtle but beautiful—it gives my skin a healthy glow, especially in the sunlight. I love using it on my collarbones and legs for that extra touch.
