Picked up the limited edition Rose scented L'occitane lip balm that's designed by the french artist. The packaging was adorable. But my lips feel even dryer after 15-20 mins of applying it. So dry that it was bleeding. Unless I am expected to keep reapplying it every 15 mins, this product is not very effective. It smells lovely and the packaging is cute.
