Refreshing

This is a no drying toner that does not sting or cause irritation. It has visibly helped with reducing my breakouts (left by a previous toner) and has a pleasant smell. I feel completely cleansed after using this toner (after rinsing in the AM and cleansing in the PM) and will use it all over my face, neck, shoulders and chest. It's cheap, especially for the amount! I do wish it came with a spray top or a pump top rather than the large bottle opening for easier ways to dole out.

This is a great toner to refresh your skin during the day... especially like to use it often during the summer.

I am new to Toners. I really like this one by L'Oreal. Makes my skin feel refreshed and seems to help with the break-outs. Not drying but my skin actually looks brighter.

I really love this product! I have very oily, acne-prone skin and since I have been using this product, I've noticed that my skin looks brighter and much more healthier. It smells really really good also and my face feels so soft and smooth.
