This book is a classic. It's a tear-jerker. I love giving this book at baby showers. I think every little munchkin should have this on their bookshelf.

When my daughter was preschool age, the local school delivered a book to each child that would be entering the school system the following year. This was the book...we read it so many times, we knew it by heart. Reading is so very important to developing minds, and this is a great book to start with!

I absolutely love this story, it was read to me when I was very young. I look forward to purchasing my child their own copy and reading this beautiful story to them right before bedtime. Also, Robert Munsch has wonderful stories.

It's Robert Munsch. Of course it's great! I haven't read it in 20 years but I'll never forget, "I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I'm living my baby you'll be."
