I like this product at first but then it tolly stopped working we have been threw three of them.

I hate that it constantly goes off. I cant clean it properly because it always goes off. I purchased this for the help of my kids, but it just doesnt suit our family.

I love this in the kitchen especially after handling meat. I think it dispenses way to much soap.

I LOVE this. Not only is it no more mess, but as a germaphobe I don't have to touch anything that someone else's dirty hands may have touched!

I like the idea of not wasting soap and is ideally great for not having dirty soap bars all over. My only complaint is after a couple battery changes it seems to not always release the soap. We have one in the bathroom one in the kitchen and one in the laundry. Love the new refill scents.

Great product. No more soapy mess on the bathroom counter and it cuts the cost too from using more soap than you need

I thought this was a great idea. The sensor seems to be overly sensitive. Being in the same approximate area and it goes off. My daughter could unintentionally empty the bottle in one handwash session. Turning it off fixes the problem, but defeats the "no touch" system if it has to be turned on to use. Great in theory, but failed execution.

It's a great concept but the sensor eye doesn't always work well. The eye on my system is clean but sometimes it activates soap when I turn off the light which leaves a soapy counter.

At first I thought this was a great idea and we loved having it in our Kitchen. After a couple of weeks it starting going off on its own and at times not working, I had heard this could happen when the batteries go so I changed them, no change still went off when no one was in the room and at times would not go off when someone was trying to use. I got a second one for the Bathroom which we set up in the kitchen and it did the same thing. Happy I got these for free as they were not worth the money to malfunction as quickly as they did.

Bought this so my kids could wash their hands a little easier, and not have to worry about using bar soap. It works great! Just put your hands underneath and wait for the soap to come out. I have one in the kitchen and the bathroom. The soap lasts quite a while because it's portioned out. Definitely recommend!
