celebrity favourite eyeliner

So beautiful and quite easy to apply. It smokes out easily and has a warm shimmery brown colour. I like putting it in my water line especially in the lower outer corner and upper inner corner to give my eyes the cat eye effect. I also enjoy creating a powdery brown little wing on mysids but I find that it does not last very long.
